Our mission at Cleopetras is to offer the highest level of professional dog grooming available to our clients in a relaxed, safe, and comfortable environment, without compromise. In order to maintain this level of care, we limit the number of clients we take on and are diligent with selecting clients that can mutually benefit from our quality care model.
We are not a volume grooming salon - we are a team of two, husband and wife, that caters to pets and owners who value expertise, comfort, and professional care in a relaxed environment.
While we do work with larger dogs & breeds, we only accept pets that we can physically and safely handle, as safety is a primary concern for both pet and stylist. A typical client of Cleopetra’s is a dog that is well acclimated to the grooming process, temperamentally sound, and one that is on a regular maintenance schedule. We do not accept nail only appointments or schedule once per year shave downs of matted dogs.
